How to get to Rome from the airports?
Ciampino Airport
Ryanair and Easyjet are the two biggest airlines serving Ciampino Airport and it is the low-cost airport of Rome.
How to get there?

Taxi: From any point in the city center, a taxi to Ciampino costs a standard rate
of €30.

Bus: The cheapest and easiest way to get to Ciampino Airport is by Shuttle Bus.
The bus is run by Terravision and leaves from Termini. You can visit their website, terravision.eu, for a timetable. If you buy your tickets online, it costs €4each way, but if you buy your ticket at Termini, you can get a roundtrip ticket for €6.

Car Service: You can also make reservations with various car services here in Rome. They have a fixed price, but you must make a pre-arranged reservation. You may also be able to receive a discount as a JCU student.
Rome Fiumicino Airport
Fiumicino Airport is Rome’s largest airport, and also a very large selection of airlines and destinations. All flights departing to the US leave from Fiumicino Airport.
How to get there?

Train: The cheap and easy way to get to Fiumicino is by train. You can catch a
train from Stazione Trastevere to Fiumicino for €8 each way. They depart every
15 minutes. It is a special route, designated as Ferrovie Regionale 1 (FR1).

Another way by train is to take the Leonardo Express train from Termini. This
costs €14 each way, but it is a direct train making no stops between Termini and the airport. This train departs every 30 minutes from Platform 27. At Termini, follow the arrows for “Terminal Fiumicino”.

Taxi: From any point in the city center, a taxi to Fiumicino costs a standard rate of €48.

Car Service: You can also make reservations with various car services here in Rome. They have a fixed price, but you must make a pre-arranged reservation. You may also be able to receive the student discount.
